Monica Pounds has 15 years experience in customer service and client advocacy.  She has four years experience in the insurance industry.  Monica is on the front line of customer service at Foster Parent Professionals.  She deals one on one with individuals foster parents and agency administrators.

Experience:

Former care giver, residential supervisor and residential counselor for a non-profit MH/MR agency. These duties included Crisis Prevention and Intervention Training, interviewing and recommending Residential Counselors.  She also provided staff oversight, scheduling, and budgeting.

• Claims reporting and helping customers through the claims process by gathering information advocating for clients.
