  • This interactive lecture/slide presentation will provide participants with real-life scenarios and guidance on the benefits and pitfalls of foster parent insurance.  It will describe a variety of instances on how both property damage and liability insurance claims are handled in foster parent situations, and how foster parents can protect themselves from lawsuits.  Questions of interest to the majority of participants will be accepted throughout the presentation; individual situations an be discussed with the presenter afterward.
• Five Major Influencers of Agency Insurance Premium
  • This combination lecture/power point session will use case studies and real-life scenarios to simplify a complex issue.  We will discuss the “little known” major influencers that determine the premiums your agency will pay.  You will learn how to exploit these influencers and build a compelling case for lower premiums at renewal time.  Questions of interest to the majority will be encouraged during the session, and individual situations can be discussed with the presenter afterward.
